HOW IT WORKS
Browse our website and view our latest properties. If you like what you see (or think other website visitors might be interested in what you have to offer), fill in the online form with your property details — it only takes 5 minutes!
An individual property page will be created for your property. When you pay your membership fee of £19 using PayPal's secure payments system you will receive a password allowing you to receive enquiries from members; contact other owners and update your property details online. It's that simple!
WHAT CAN I SWAP?
You can swap any quality property - house, villa, cottage, boat, motorhome, land or site. The property can be located anywhere in the world. It does not have to be a one for one exchange — it can be a part-exchange if you are trading up or down.
